I made a mistake in my order — is it still possible to fix it?

Yes, we can usually fix mistakes if you contact us before production starts.Once your order goes into production, changes are no longer possible — especially for personalised items like albums, boxes, or USBs.So if you notice an error (wrong size, number of spreads, files, etc.), reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before it’s too late.
