Before You order

How do I place an order?

To begin the ordering process, you must be a registered user on our website. You can register for free here, and we will confirm your registration within 1-2 working days. Please note that we only work with professional photographers.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we provide samples of photo albums and fine art albums. To order a sample, use the code "albumsample" at checkout.

Do you offer fabric swatches?

Yes, you can order fabric swatches here.

How do I add your products to Pic-Time?

Adding our products to the PT store is straightforward. You can find instructions in this video. Note that not all our products are available in the PT store.

Design

How do I design the album?

You can design the album using our free software. Our settings are also integrated into Smart Albums, Album Stomp, and Fundy software. Alternatively, you can choose our team to design the album for you.

What type of files are accepted for cover engraving?

We accept jpg, png, pdf, or vector files. Ensure the resolution is higher than 1000px. For cover design inspiration, you can use our templates here.

What's the minimum and maximum number of spreads?

The number of spreads for photo albums and fine art albums must be between 10 and 40.

Delivery

Where are the products shipped from?

Products are shipped from our warehouses in Poland, and we use UPS for delivery.

What are the delivery times?

We aim to ship printed products (albums, prints) and fabric boxes within 5 working days. Wooden packaging and All-Inclusive products are shipped within 15 working days. These timeframes are not guaranteed.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally, except for some remote locations.

What happens if I get charged customs fees or other taxes?

We prepay these fees, so it rarely happens. If you are charged, you will need to pay, and we will refund the amount from the order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking code from UPS once the order is shipped.

What kind of packaging are the products shipped in?

We prioritize safety over aesthetics. Our cardboard boxes are not boutique style but ensure your order's safety.

Is the paper invoice inside the package?

No, we do not include any paperwork or invoices in the package. You can safely send the order directly to your client.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time.

What type of wood are the boxes made from?

We use alder wood, which is more durable and easier to work with than the commonly used pine wood.

Are your products vegan?

All our products are vegan except for leather cover albums.

What kind of personalization do you offer?

Wooden boxes can be personalized with laser engraving. Albums can be personalized with engraving and foil embossing. More details can be found here.

Are your USBs 3.0?

Yes, we use top-quality chips from the same supplier for years.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We provide individual discounts for orders of 50 or more boxes or 10 or more albums. Contact us for details.

Can you make custom packaging?

Yes, we can create custom-sized wooden boxes. Please get in touch with our team for more information.

We are open Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM London Time.

How can I get in touch with you?

The easiest way to contact us is through the contact form. For general inquiries (not order specific), you can also message us on Instagram.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Inform us as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence. We will replace the order once we hear back from the courier company.

What if I'm not fully satisfied with the order?

Email us and fill in the complaint form.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled only if they have not yet gone into production.
