What happens if my package is returned and needs to be sent again?
If a parcel gets returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs (in countries where that applies), the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility. We’ll get in touch to arrange the new shipment and send a payment link for the reshipping fee.
