What happens if I make a mistake in the personalisation?
If you spot a mistake in your personalisation after placing the order, get in touch with us right away. If production hasn’t started, we’ll fix it at no extra cost.
However, once your order is in production, changes are no longer possible. For albums, the entire book needs to be reprinted — we can’t just replace the cover. For boxes, we’ll need to make a completely new one.
Because personalised items can't be refunded or returned, we strongly recommend double-checking all names, dates, and spellings before placing your order.
